I started shopping around for refinance options without intending to immediately go through with it. Jason at NAF was able to go through my options fairly quickly with me and explain how everything worked. And about three weeks later (with stellar support and effort from him and his colleagues) I closed on a refinance that restructured all my debt and even had a slightly lower interest rate.

Very easy process. Would highly recommend based off my experience. From the time I submitted my application. Michael, Jaquelín and anyone else I interacted with made the process easy and smooth. Will recommend to family, friends and coworkers. Will be back in the future.

I thought it was a great experience overall. There could’ve been more communication from their staff as it’s a long process for underwriting. But things went pretty smooth and it’s a good experience to have all of this done without setting foot in an office!

The loan process was fairly simple. Our loan officer, Mark **, was great. He advised us along the way and guided us through the process. Communication was great. He is an asset to your company. The only bad experience was with appraiser. I would not recommend using him again. He was unprofessional and caused our loan to be delayed by not turning in the appraisal in a timely manner. He was rude to me on the phone and hung up on me. One suggestion, but not sure it is possible, is that closing would be so much better if it could be done electronically. Overall, we are pleased with everything and would recommend your company to family and friends.

During the processing of our loan we had a few snags gathering documents for approval. This at times left us wondering sometimes for days if obligations had been met. Communication with our loan officer during most of the time was very limited and minimal. I really was pleased overall but would share with our loan officer to be a bit more attentive all the way thru the process. 5 star service is earned not given.

What can I say Marti is the best! She is always looking out for me and my family's best interest. She is persistent and never gives up on you no matter how many time we have to redo the loan! She knows the products so well and is very flexible on how to get the best deal. I received a recommendation through Credit Karma for refinancing my home. The best recommendation I ever followed up on. The entire experience was wonderful. Their staff is amazing and so helpful in guiding you through the process.

My initial loan and my refinance were both done through New American Funding. Both times I had loan officers that were attentive and nice! I really felt like I was talking to a friend both times instead of a corporate machine. They both were able to explain everything and answer my questions in a clear and concise way. Very knowledgeable and nice about it! I 100% recommend going with NAF for the customer service alone. But to sweeten the deal, the rates I got were very competitive and the whole process both times were easy, fast, and smooth.
