New American Funding was very prompt with all the information and numbers required. We found them thru Credit Karma and they provided an unmatched service experience. Mark ** was and is an amazing loan officer!

Olivia ** was a perfect loan officer. She made this happen with ease. She was communicative, polite, and a joy to speak with. She did everything she said she would and got my loan funded (as a first time homebuyer) in 30 days despite the processor repeatedly making the same mistakes. New American Funding, you should train your processors on your guidelines better. By end of week 2 I had lost total faith in the processor because she made the same mistake multiple times. Someone buying a condo does NOT need to insurance the outside of the building, that is the HOA and HO6 policy. She delayed closing by 2 days and repeatedly tried to get me to insure the whole complex. Glad that we got everything finished and done. Would absolutely use Olivia ** as my loan officer in a heartbeat.

Jenny was absolutely the best to deal with, any questions I had she had an answer to. If she did not have an answer she would contact me the very next business with one. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. Knowing they could trust here and also have the absolute best experience in a loan or a refinance.

Happy I went with NAF for our home refi. We did have a couple of hiccups but navigated through them quickly. I am pleased and will recommend to others. Manny and Marlo kept the application moving, and on track. Closing was a breeze, with the notary coming to our house on a Saturday.

New American Funding I felt cares about you as a customer. My loan officer Nathan ** was excellent. He provided me all of my options. He did not try to force me into any loan. They were very responsive. The loan turnaround very quickly. This is the best loan experience that I have had.

My loan agent (Brady) I give a A+ although honest opinion of everything else I experienced is not. I was not excited anymore to even buy a home after they continued asking for paperwork and the stress of waiting. Hey we have everything we need. Nope we need more information.... My excitement didn't come back until a day after my closing. Everyone was polite but worked as just a snail's pace.

Sergio was easy to talk to and helpful throughout the whole process. He was available to answer any questions we had and knowledgeable with the loan process. We would use him and New American Funding again for future home services.

Excellent service, however I believe that the approval process required far too much documentation for an employed borrower with over 800 credit rating and over $600k equity in the refinanced home. I wonder how much documentation would be required of a borrower with average qualifications.

Kristina communicates every step of the process. She always provides all our options with details. She always answers our call/ emails extremely quickly. If I have a question that she does not have the immediate answer to, she always tells you she will look into the solution and follows up quickly. Tiffanie was instrumental for us to get our home. She provided constant contact with us and our realtor, she also helped get our loan pre-approved and underwritten so our offer would stand out more when we were making our offer. While we were did not take advantage, it is good to know that NAF has a program that you can become a cash buyer. The ability to get funding for a 21 day escrow was also very important in our offer and now we have the home that we love so much! Thank you Tiffanie and New American Funding!

When we were first looking into a home refinance in order to obtain equity cash on our home for a basement remodel we immediately thought to reach out to Michael. This was due to how helpful he has been over the years with our first mortgage and additional contacts we have had with him. I would recommend working with him to anyone.

Our Refinance was absolutely flawless! From the start to close we were kept in the loop. From the application, the documents required, signing process and the scheduling with third party appointments were completed with personal care and efficiency. "Kudos".

I referred to Michael from New American after my local lender didn't perform as expected, and I was already in the middle of buying process. Michael was open and transparent in communication listing me possible scenarios we can go with a deal. He caught up with the deal quickly and was able to organize his team effectively to run the process in tight timelines. Everything was done smoothly within the original closing schedule, and I got a good appraisal and loan terms for this property - which was a much better deal than the other lender.

After all initial information requests were met, there came a constant dribble of further requests, some repetitive or unreasonable (i.e. MUST be PDF not screenshot of bank statement even though in middle of cycle and no statement yet published). It seems like your process could be streamlined a bit more.

The process was quick and easy, loan officers know their products, and I didn't feel I was trying to be sold on a loan package that wasn't in my best interest. Also nice that my loan won't be sold to some other third party down the line. I had a great experience with New American Funding!

Our experience was full of ups and downs. While that doesn’t seem like a reason to leave 5 stars I will say that this is due wholly in fact to the representatives who helped us along the way. We are so fortunate to be able to refinance and New American appeared to be the right company to do that with. Like most mortgage/refinance process it was not simple and easy. We still felt that New American was a great choice, but that is due to representative’s such as Chris ** who made this entire experience endurable. I hope most have had their own “Chris **” as it truly helped keep us positive and sane through the process. Thank you Chris and happy to be with New American for the next, well too many years of our lives.

My loan officer was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process. The underwriters did ask the same questions over and over which was frustrating but my situation was a little unique so I tried to be understanding. I was asked to provide a piece of information from my employer the Monday before my Friday closing which was also very frustrating, luckily I was prepared for it and had told my employer ahead of time that I might need it. My loan officer Anthony made the overall experience pleasant. He explained everything and helped me figure out ways to get documents that I was having a hard time obtaining. It was obvious he has a lot of experience, patience, and a great customer service attitude. I have only gone through the beginning stages of buying my house but so far I would recommend New American Funding. The rates are good, the options for loans are good, and customer service is good as well.
